Eric Jemielita Is Among The Youngest But Most Experienced Entrepreneurs In The Financial Realm

Eric Jemielita has been in business for 16 years now. In the entrepreneurial journey, he has had ups and downs, just like everyone else. However, his tactfulness has made him stand out among many. He is now a successful entrepreneur and a renowned public speaker and life-coach. He is the founder, president, and CEO of two companies; Genesis financial and Jemielita Group. Running both companies successfully has made Eric among the most sought after public speakers. He loves speaking about personal development, entrepreneurship, leadership, and life-coaching.

Creating A Name In The Industry

According to Eric, it is easy to create a growing brand in your industry if you are serving. “Ensure that you are delivering quality and making your customers happy,” said Eric as he described the reason behind his powerful brand. He helps individuals and families to learn essential financial strategies that they were not taught by the education system. This includes making, saving, and investing their money in better techniques to secure a safer future for them.

Obstacles Faced

Most people face obstacles and give up. However, Eric had many obstacles but he kept moving on. Being so young in the finance industry was hard, and he wasn’t sure of whom to trust. The opposite was also true; people, especially those older than him, could hardly trust him with their wealth. Eric admits that business was hard in his starting years when he was not established, but as time passed, people started trusting him after proving he was reliable and trustworthy.

Overcoming Obstacles

Eric had to consistently overcome obstacles. He did this with persistence and perseverance as his main weapons to combat any obstacles that came his way. He knew that everything would fall into place in time. So, he continued doing quality work and serving the clients well by surpassing their expectations. This boosted his business, and building relationships with clients helped his business grow and be sustainable and begin to thrive on referrals. Eric’s focus is on quality and well being of his clients by ensuring he surpasses all their expectations and needs.

Standing Out

In a packed industry, you have to have a unique factor that makes you stand out. Eric is almost two decades old in the business. This has made him stand out because he started the business when he was so young. People with the same experience are usually ten to twenty years older than he is. This gives Eric a good stage to learn more and keep up with the industry’s emerging trends, while serving clients of all ages.

Final thoughts

It is one thing to be experienced, but it is another thing to be experienced and young. Being experienced makes you get trusted by both the older and younger demographic. Eric has been a successful entrepreneur due to the experience under his belt, coupled with his refusal to give up and his ability to adapt and constantly grow and learn.
