Planning a successful event or show in the music industry is never easy. The process can be lengthy and arduous, often a little bumpy as plans are transformed into action to balance attendee must-haves, brand and sponsor interests and other high-value integrations. This process can quickly become tiresome for an inexperienced individual, resulting in avoidable mistakes and unsatisfactory events. Fortunately, professional event promoter El Princii is adept in planning and organizing successful events, with a fun-filled stage for artists and fans to have the best experience.

Venezuela-born, Carolina-based promoter and event planner El Princii’s mantra is to make people happy. Since first delving into the industry ten years ago, he has steadily risen through the ranks, bringing his hype and enthusiasm to local shows with local DJs to filling up arenas across North and South Carolina.

His success as an event promoter is not by chance but by hard work, planning, foresight, and executing a well-thought-out marketing strategy, setting the stage for events across all genres of music from Reggaeton, Salsa, Dembow, Merengue & Vallenato.

Through the years, El Princii has cemented his reputation as the go-to event promoter in the Carolinas. In fact, he has organized some of the most significant events in the area. Additionally, he is the resident promoter for bubbling venues in the region, like Limelight and Bond Nightclub, bringing his infectious vibe to the nightlife scene.

Not to be mistaken for a local champion, El Princii has expanded his brand beyond the Carolinas. His unrivaled ability to create a “buzz” and bring fun to any event is evident in his shows in Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL and Richmond, VA, Reno, NV and San Francisco, CA. Undoubtedly, El Princii is making his mark as one of the leaders in the music industry to date and one of Carolina’s top influencers, with over 14,000 followers on Instagram.

Looking into 2023, the go-getter aims to hit the ground running, setting the scene for the year with his first international show in Mexico City with Latin Artist J Alvarez. With this move, El Princii will be established in one of the biggest markets for music, Mexico.

Now pounding the pavement as an industry leader with amazing credible shows nationwide, El Princii’s ascend to the top was no easy feat. Nevertheless, the inspiring individual carved a success-enabling path for himself as an immigrant adjusting to the cultural changes in the USA.

Settling into his new life in the Carolinas, he soon noted there was little exposure to his vibrant Caribbean culture. So he set forth to bring the Caribbean sazon and culture to the region, thus coining the moniker “El Princii,” which translates to “the beginning” in Spanish.

With a clear vision to integrate his culture into the Carolinas music scene, El Princii learned the ropes of the industry, working With UNIQUE ENT before becoming independent. His enviable success is a testament to his hard work and resilience and proof the American dream exists for all dreamers who aim to climb the peak for success someday.
