What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?

Justyna: My biggest startup challenge was to invest all money in my first business, and not review and calculate the costs of logistics, production properly which puts financial & emotional pressure on my business and my personal life.

The steps I took to overcome it were:

1. Reviewing my finance and business strategy

2. Work on more effective marketing & sales strategy

3. Become a Personal Trainer, which allows me to sell items to my clients and expand my networking

The biggest lessons I have learned are :

1. On investment – Do not put all eggs in one basket

2. On taking risks -like Warren buffets said” Never test the depth of the river with both the feet ”
