Founder and CEO of Picasso Scalp Micro-pigmentation, Picasso Jeff, Announces his Next SMP Training In Los Angeles

Picasso Jeff

Jeff Villenas, also known as Picasso Jeff, is the founder and CEO of Picasso Scalp Micro Pigmentation operating out of Los Angeles, Chicago, and Austin, TX. With the goal of changing people’s lives through Scalp Micropigmentation, Villenas has become one of the most advanced artists in the industry. Picasso Jeff is excited to extend his knowledge to those looking to enter into the industry of SMP with his next training in Los Angeles November 18-20th.

Picasso Jeff has been in the hair industry for almost 10 years, and he has seen firsthand the impact that hair loss can have on people’s lives. He began his career working in Chicago at the franchise Rockstar Fades, where he noticed the countless amount of complaints related to hair loss and balding. Picasso Jeff was eager to find a solution to improve the insecurities people were facing, so Picasso Scalp Micropigmentation was born.

Unfortunately hair loss and balding can occur for many reasons people cannot control, including aging, stress, or medical conditions. Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is a treatment that can help with scarring, alopecia, hair loss from cancer, and pattern baldness. Picasso Jeff has seen the life-changing effects that SMP can have on people, and he’s passionate about passing along his talent to help others.

The innovative treatment is a non-surgical, cosmetic option for baldness. Men and women are able to transform their look through a procedure that utilizes microdot tattoos. When performed correctly, Scalp Micropigmentation can create the look of a fuller head of hair, and it is a minimally-invasive procedure with little-to-no downtime.  SMP allows for the individual to explore a new hairline depending on their level of hair loss and increases confidence for those suffering from hair thinning.

As someone who has been working in the Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) space for many years, Picasso Jeff knows a thing or two about what it takes to create natural-looking results. When he first started out, the tools that were available to him were far from ideal, and this often led to less than satisfactory results. Recognizing the potential of SMP, Picasso Jeff set out to develop a tool in collaboration with FYT Supplies that would allow for more precise ink placement and greater detail – enter the Pink Apex Needle. The Apex Needle is specifically designed for SMP, and its small size makes it possible to replicate even the smallest hair follicles. This results in a much more natural appearance that is virtually indistinguishable from real hair.

Picasso Jeff was able to connect with his clients because of his own need for Scalp Micropigmentation, after mastering the skill he was able to take on an apprentice and share his expertise. Picasso Jeff knew he needed the procedure so he dedicated time to training his good friend Kat, and after struggling with hair loss for many years, he finally found success with the Scalp Micropigmentation procedure.

The demand for qualified Scalp Micropigmentation artists has grown exponentially in recent years. Thanks to his unique insight and experience, Picasso Jeff is one of the most sought-after artists and instructors in the industry today and is eager to bring his knowledge to others in the hair and tattoo industry.

SMP was created and began in the homes of a few artists 13 years ago in Birmingham UK and now with Picasso Jeff’s introduction of SMP in the United States the future of Scalp Micropigmentation is grand.

Picasso Jeff was proud to be the first to host SMP training at Toni & Guy academy, and he is excited to now announce his collaboration with the original creators of SMP.  Picasso Jeff and the creators of Scalp Micropigmentation are bringing the US and UK together by hosting an academy to train and certify artists in both Los Angeles and London. The upcoming Los Angeles training this November will give artists the experience and ability to master their craft to practice Scalp Micropigmentation on their own.

Picasso Jeff is passionate about helping people restore their confidence by providing them with the best possible hair loss solution. Now, with numerous amount of clients, each person’s individual experience is treated as a life changing journey.
