HOW CAMERON GLASGOW BROKE THE SOCIAL MEDIA MATRIX

Who is Cameron Glasgow?

Cameron Glasgow is a 21-year-old social media entrepreneur, DJ and fashion designer. Cameron is the 2nd youngest of 4 brothers and he is from Belfast, Northern Ireland. 5 years ago he founded his own streetwear brand called Eternal Youth, and he also runs his own clothing blog. At age 16 Cameron started to grow his social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) by producing content.

The journey of Cameron Glasgow

In 2015-16, Belfast had a lack of people willing to use social media to build a following. Cameron Glasgow was not one of those people. Around the age of 16,  Cameron created a loyal following on social media by producing viral content. Cameron boasts a network of well above 30 million.  However, it did not come easy. Cameron faced a large amount of torment – even in school – simply because he wanted to carry on progressing his social media. This did not deter Cameron, and he carried on managing his social media and streetwear brand, trusting the process.

A now good friend of Cameron noticed how effectively he managed his projects and offered Cameron the chance to manage his nightclub events pages. This is how Cameron got into social media marketing. It unleashed Cameron’s desire to help others grow and break the social media ‘code’. This led to Cameron starting his own agency at 20.

What is Cameron doing now?

Cameron is running his agency. They offer Instagram management that is tailor-made to suit the needs of each client. They also provide growth for business pages and more niche pages looking to boost engagement. Cameron works with a variety of people, from musicians to e-commerce businesses. They may be different but they all agree that Cameron provides some of the best organic growth across Northern Ireland.

Cameron plans to restructure his agencies business model alongside his best friend and new roommate. He has already conquered Instagram. The growth he provides for his clients is second to none. Now Cameron focuses more on Facebook, this will allow for his agency to become an extremely successful multi-platform business.

Another Instagram project Cameron began is growing theme pages. He has his theme page in a variety of niches all under the same umbrella term. Cameron has got theme pages in areas such as rave, travel, real estate, food and memes. Using these pages he can collaborate with multiple brands in several ways. Cameron identified that theme pages give you the flexibility to create an e-commerce brand off of them and create sponsored posts from clients.
