Real Estate Disruptors

How Mitch Conquer & His Team Are Conquering The Real Estate Industry

These four boys are on a mission to ensure that no small business goes down due to the unforgiving COVID recession; Mitch Conquer, Adriano Randazzo, Alessandro Randazzo, and Myles Charron. They have a company, Investor Social, that introduced the industry leader in real estate marketing, The Realtors Arsenal. Covid-19 affected the real Estate industry majorly. North America saw a record low number of sales, people weren’t moving, buying, or investing. Thus, The Realtors Arsenal was formed.

The Realtors Arsenal is an extension of an agent, team, or brokerage that gets things done on time to ensure full-scale brand development. It is done through content creation, social media management, public relations, Instagram growth, and lead generation.

Having worked with some of Canada’s top real estate agents, and are quickly penetrating in the US real estate market, they have the required experience to serve the top performing agents or teams.

The Arsenal is not for all real estate agents; mostly, there is a waiting list for the arsenal; thus, they only accept limited, leading brokerages in a given time. “We pride ourselves on our content quality, brand longevity, and overall business growth.” said the CEO of Investor Social, Mitch Conquer. “The arsenal is so unique, develops such an impeccable branding strategy that leads tend to flow automatically.”

Creating a dwelling name

The management of Investor Social has ensured that their impact and presence is felt. They think like realtors and as marketers. They have managed to create world-renowned brands and generate organic leads through that brand.

Similarly, in a saturated industry in North America, there is a huge demand for diverse marketing strategies in real estate. “Everyone knows that the best companies are created out of necessity. We spotted a problem and solved it,” said Mitch.

Company Operations

Investor Social has been building the most renowned brands through social media,  comprehensive marketing strategies, lead generation tools, and proprietary marketing software, enabling them to get an outstanding performance. That has made Investor Social grow its client base organically because of the optimal results. They are proud to announce that they are dominating the industry they serve because of ensuring that they are always adding value to their clients.

Most companies are focusing on a specific topic. “We have tied content creation, advertising, videography, or lead generation together to create a comprehensive, unique marketing strategy.” They believe that creating a world-renowned brand through leveraging the power of social media and utilizing their proprietary marketing tools is the key to creating not only a reputable business bit business with longevity. “Our model of operation is unique, new-era marketing companies are focused on ads, but we focus on creating the next generation businesses,” Mitch concluded.

Johnny Medina was once driven by a sport. Basketball was what he lived for, he dreamed of playing in the big league, but he had a career shortage as he tore his meniscus in his right knee. From fancy 360 dunks to not being able to play competitive at all. Johnny did not know what to do with his life. After working regular 9-5's for two years he then got into Sales & online marketing. In the First 3 months of online marketing he had his first 5 figure month. He's now a Pr & branding expert who helps entrepreneurs and business owners get known around their industry.
