How Realtor Iwona Rembacz Helped Hundreds of Clients Get Their Dream Homes

IWONA REMBACZ

Realtor Iwona Rembacz mainly serves the GTA and loves working and living here. She has helped many families achieve their dreams of finding a home. This article will highlight her journey to becoming one of the best realtors in her area and some helpful information about the real estate industry.

Iwona has been a full-time real estate agent in the GTA for more than twelve years. She was born in Poland but can speak multiple languages like English and Ukrainian fluently. She added, “I am a mother to a beautiful daughter named Nicole, and also a cat mom. I am a humanitarian at heart, and I love to spend time with my family. “

Over the years, Iwona’s passion for helping people had been a big part of her life; that’s why she had been involved in various charitable organizations. Moreover, she had helped deliver food and necessities to over 400 families in need. But she added, “I also love to help my clients search for their dream homes or investment properties. For the past 23 years, I have lived in the beautiful community of Lakeview in South Mississauga with my family.”

Iwona is very eager to help each and every one of her clients to achieve their homeownership goals. Iwona explained, “I have helped hundreds of people find their dream homes, sell their current homes, and have helped others invest their money through the real estate market. My goal is to treat each client like family and always have their best interest at heart. In addition, I am passionate about teaching people about financial literacy through my experience in order to help them make the best decisions for their future.”

She primarily serves the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) but Toronto and Mississauga areas are her favorite. Iwona recalled, “I’ve been working in Toronto for over 20 years in my family business and then in real estate and living in Mississauga for over 23 years gave me the opportunity to get to know the neighborhoods very well, and I have met so many people through the connections I have made there. The amazing features of these areas, besides the great location, include the spectacular multiculturalism, beautiful parks and scenic views, great schools, and transportation. The opportunity for growth in real estate is great in these beautiful areas.”

She works with many different types of clients, from first-time homebuyers to residential buyers and sellers. She also caters to clients who are interested in investing in the industry and those who are relocating as well as clients interested in commercial real estate.

When asked about how the real estate market is performing right now, here’s what she responded, “In my opinion investing in real estate is more profitable than parking funds in banks or buying gold, as real estate value increases at exponential rates compared to bank interest or gold appreciation. One asset that has proven to have long-term benefits in Ontario is owning good real estate. That’s partially due to Ontario’s continued demand increase from its population explosion and partly thanks to Canada’s current low-interest rates. Buying property is a sustainable form of investment for your retirement, and also for your children and future generations.”

In that spirit, Iwona shared some pieces of advice for her future clients. She said, “Some advice that I would give to potential clients would firstly be to get into the market as soon as they can because of the historically low-interest rates. Real estate is something that will always go up in value so getting your foot in the door is the first and most important step. I would also advise them to choose a real estate agent that they trust, feel comfortable with, and one who is familiar with the area they are looking to buy, sell or invest in. With an experience of my own in having investment properties myself and being a homeowner for over 23 years, I would consider myself a very credible source for anyone looking for advice about homeownership.”
