Interview with Hot New Hip Hop Artist So Gaudy

Background Info

SO Gaudy is a Las Vegas native hip hop artist who has handcrafted his own career. Back in 2013 So Gaudy built his own studio from the ground up so that he could make music. It wasn’t until April of 2019 that So Gaudy signed to SODMG an affiliate with All Money Inc. Recently dropping an album titled “Vinny Vallacci”, So Gaudy looks to elevate his career to the next level in 2021.

Tell us about your background getting to where you are today?

“Trial and Error.  Is what got me to where I am today. In addition to all the things, you need to do to succeed in business and in life. Time management, hard work but most importantly spending money in the right places.”

Where are you from?

“I’m from Las Vegas, Nevada.”

When did you start music?

“I started to get into music in the year 2010.”

How did you get into music?

“Music became a part of my life at a very young age. I can remember getting CDs as a young kid and my mother looking at me sideways cause of the music I listened to.”

What is the most challenging thing you have overcome in your life?

“The most challenging thing I have ever overcome in life was getting back up on my feet after a severe car accident.”

Are you currently signed or independent?

“Since 2013 I have owned my own studio and label that was built from the ground up. This was down with again Trail and Error’s hard work and consistency. In 4/2019 I was signed by SODMG and affiliated with All Money Inc.”

Who inspires you the most musically?

“My inspiration does not come in the form of a who, but more from the what… the process of making  music and getting to the finished project at hand is WHAT always has been and continues to drive me the most.”

What do you want people to take away after listening to your music?

“My Story and the emotions that go with it. I want my fans to relate to what I am saying. When it helps or put a smile on a person’s face my music helps them.”

Any new music coming out soon?

“10/1/2020 Vinny Vallacci was released. 13 new songs with features from Killa Twan, Ponce, Newport, Strick.”

What is your greatest achievement as a musician?

“In my eyes being an artist who organizes and performs at his own events is an achievement that I am proud to say. it’s one thing to perform in front of a crowd it another thing to perform in front of a crowd that’s only there to support you.”

Do you produce your own music? If not who do you work with?

“Yes, all my production is done in-house by me and my team at GRE.”

Who is one artist you wish you could work with?

“If I could pick to work with one artist it would be Kanye West.”

Tell us about any new music you have coming out? When is coming out? What is it about?

“I can’t release the details, but be prepared…”

What does a day inside your shoes look like?

“A day in my is a very busy day for the average person. I own 3 businesses have 2 brands and I’m also a father so my day never ends lol.”
