Jordan Morgan is a real estate professional and entrepreneur driven by a strong bond with his family and a dedication to his community. His professional career continues to grow as he expands his vision to a variety of business ventures. Jordan’s family life and involvement in sports growing up taught him to work hard and push through obstacles and focus on achievement. While playing college basketball, he realized that he wanted to direct his passion for success toward pursuits that would change the lives of his family and his community.
In 2010, Jordan entered the world of real estate with an ambitious family business setting out to foster change locally. Through real estate investment and improvement strategies, Jordan was able to acquire and rejuvenate multiple properties. Jordan is proud to give back to his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware by breathing new life into old properties. His family business allowed him to transform homes in the area, but it also gave him another opportunity he is very thankful for. It gave him the ability to help his father to retire from the blue-collar workforce and start a new and prosperous life. He was always aspiring to do that.
Learning the Bussiness
Jordan learned his work ethic from his father and is now pleased to work alongside him redeveloping their city. Always striving for new experiences and chasing new goals, Jordan is continuously working to expand his business vision branching out and creating new opportunities. By building multiple companies that fuel one another, he has created a multi-level business structure offering solutions to a variety of industry needs all under a single umbrella. His multi-layered approach to real estate allows him to handle complex processes from beginning to end.
Rebuilding The Community
His entrepreneurial entities include Acquisitions, Construction, a company that professionally flips properties, and an investment company that provides funding for the whole process, and lastly a rental management company that manages his ever-growing portfolio. Jordan’s work is revitalizing Wilmington by transforming parts of the city that are in serious need of improvement into areas with both high-end appeal and affordable housing. This process is taking leaps to make the community beautiful again—a goal which Jordan is very passionate about.
