How Joshua Jane, Small Business Owner Is Outperforming Large Companies For Best Protein Snacks

An increasing number of people are becoming health conscious thanks to the prevalence of obesity and its associated conditions. However, being healthy can be challenging as many establishments sell junk food. Similarly, the marketing of unhealthy products continues to influence people’s diet choices.

One entrepreneur is out to change the narrative for healthy snacks. Joshua Jane’s protein snacks are making healthier living easier for everyone.

The most talked-about protein snacks

Joshua Jane is the founder and owner of Contraband Fitness LLC. Joshua’s protein snacks and supplements have pushed the health and wellness industry mainstream thanks to their specialty protein bars, where you can see and taste every layer. The company recently launched a new product called ‘Smugglers’ that is like peanut butter cups with whole coffee beans in the middle.

Joshua says that his motivation to enter the health and wellness industry was to contribute towards making a healthy lifestyle attainable for all. He says that healthy living seems almost illegal as unhealthy foods are easily affordable and accessible.

Health shouldn’t be hard; it should be easy. Joshua believes the everyday person is most likely carrying 5 pounds extra in body weight. “Don’t get me wrong, that’s an oversimplified version of the underlying problem, but when it comes to giving your biology the best version of itself, you will want to be lean and built with muscle,” says Joshua.

The benefits of a healthy you

When explaining health benefits, Joshua mentions going out on a winter night to pick up your mail. He says that this experience may be a cold breeze when you go out with your shirt and shorts. But if you wear a jacket and sweats, you feel more comfortable, and your organs are more comfortable when you have your jacket on.

Joshua explains that your “muscles are your jacket”. They operate better when they are snug in the place where they are biologically meant to be. But if you have fat, they push the muscles around, making it difficult to function optimally.

People gravitate towards less time-consuming and more convenient options when it comes to health. As such, the goal of Contraband Fitness is to provide a healthier life for those who want it to be easier.

People are becoming more effective at understanding that their body tells them what is good or bad for them. The diet lifestyle is fading away, paving the way to a new lifestyle of listening to how the body reacts to food. This trend is the reason why Contraband has managed to outperform companies like Quest and Hershey.
