Learn How 13-Year-Old Motivational Speaker Temitope Johnson Is Impacting The World

Temitope Johnson also widely known as Tojtek is a 13-year-old speaker from Nigeria with a burning passion for changing the world.

In this article, we will learn how a young man is transforming the lives of hundreds of individuals around the world.

Laying Foundations

Temitope embarked on this reformatory journey at an early age of 7. Back then, he would give speeches to his friends with the sole aim of helping them; this was due to his insatiable desire to impact others positively. To help improve himself, he set out to read various books on self-development.

Coming from a developing country like Nigeria and successfully rising above all odds is quite the struggle. His source of motivation is the desire to create a better life for himself and in turn, improve the economic situation of his country the little way he can.

Not born with a silver spoon, he knows he can equip himself with the needed resources, and with the word of his mouth he can change his country and bring about a mindset shift.

So far, Temitope has had the opportunity to connect with exceptional individuals like PrinceEa, Caleb Maddix, Grant Cardone, and Omar Ellatar. He shares that an achievement that will rank slightly higher than meeting these amazing people will be effecting positive changes in the lives of numerous individuals around the world.

Drawing Inspiration

When asked where he gains the will to move forward, he hinted at the need to get around successful people, learn their secrets and ways and at the same time give his audience value. In this quest, he discovered podcasting and he found the perfect platform for sharing the greatest success tips and experiences of many successful people.

Principles Of Success

In light of this topic, Temitope pointed out two principles. The first is the principle of crabology. This principle outlines the fact that when a crab is put in a basket, it will find its way out but switch up the scenario and add more crabs into the same basket, it’ll become harder for the crab to come out.

This can be seen in our way of life as friends are great determinants of how our lives turn out.

Next principle borders on the ideology that your greatest asset is your mindset. The way your mind carries out the thinking process determines the outcome of your life. He has also learned that FEAR is an illusion and the moment you don’t allow it to settle upon you, your adversities become your greatest allies.

Words Of Advice

Here are some words of advice from Temitope himself for anyone who wants to achieve success in life;

“The first advice I’d give to any youth is this; Get hungry! Chase your dreams and nothing else. Don’t let the challenges of life stop you or slow you down and remember. Failure is nothing else but a Steppingstone. Don’t let one defeat get to you because it’s not about falling down but about getting back up and strong.

Secondly, you should take care of yourself. Don’t put too much pressure on your health as it will lead to adverse situations. Your health should be your number one priority.

When you face stressful situations, try and relax for a bit as this can help put things into perspective. Remember, Chase your goals and take care of yourself.

Future plans

Temi plans to move to greater heights in his speaking career by speaking on different platforms and stages. He also plans to personally mentor 20 people and help change their lives.
