Leveraging Media To Build A Real Estate Business with Logan Lindstrum

Having a strong media presence is integral for your real estate business. It will help in attracting leads, and building your brand to become an authority.

Research done by the National Association of Realtors has shown that social media is the leading source of lead generation. 80% of millennials found their homes using their mobile phone devices. Other media strategies like getting on a TV show can help you create a positive customer experience, promote your brand, increase your customer retention and boost your business sales.

Getting Into Media

Logan Lindstrum is one of the people who believe that the media can scale you tremendously in real estate. “One of the best things I ever did was to get on a TV show, 14 months ago,” says Logan.

Logan says that the media can help you position yourself especially if you are young since most people find it hard to trust you at that age. He was only 17 years old when he started learning about real estate. According to this champion, the media naturally built his credibility.

Helping Realtors With Media

Logan has been helping Realtors with their media. He is a mortgage influencer guru who leverages media marketing. But did you know that you can also help your realtor partners build up their brand and their media as well as marketing? Yes, that is true.

Logan also helps them leverage their social media and marketing. He has seen huge uptake and people starting to use videos in their campaign. Once people start understanding how to utilize social media marketing plans consistently, then they are on the right track for success. It’s not only important to have an actual plan but also the right mindset. That is important for somebody who didn’t grow up in this era of social media platforms.

Logan is not only passionate about helping them with the actual work and execution of it but also setting their foundation in media and getting them mentally prepared for what is going to take to see the results that they want to see in business.

Why Logan Is Your #1 Go-To Help

Logan had an advantage with the American Dream TV Show on CNBC, Travel channel, Boomer, and Fox Business. And by being able to invite realtors there, he can take their businesses, showcase them and help them piece up the content. Even if it is a 5-minute segment, he helps them break it up into 15- 20 different pieces of material they can throw as seen on all their email signatures, their posts and leverage it in that it gives people a position of power.

Logan loves talking to everybody. He loves taking people to coffee and lunches. He assures the people he meets that he will always be there whenever they need his help. “If you have a client that doesn’t click with your main guide just send it over,” Logan tells them.  He doesn’t call them every week and hound them for business.

Take Away

Logan thinks that as his business grows, and other realtors and referral partners see him online and how social media closing and working with maybe some of their other peers, definitely just helps build that credibility.

Therefore, continue doing consistent social media posts and leveraging the media. You never know who might see you and start researching you. Sooner than later you will start seeing them looking for your help and guidance.
