Lewis Huckstep is a rising life coach helping transform many people physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this article, Lewis shares some lessons that will help you live a fulfilling and happy life.
Know and do what you love
Nothing motivates people more than the feeling of happiness. It’s crucial that you chose to do what you love that makes you happy. Many people conform to standards set by society or friends but pay little attention to doing what motivates or excites them. Doing what you love creates positive energy and you can overcome obstacles easily.
Be firm about your choices
Life is about the choices we make. It’s often said that choices have consequences. You will many times need to make tough choices in life and take responsibility for the outcomes. Lewis Huckstep started with huge odds against him. He was diagnosed with Aspergers as a child & was labeled dumb, stupid & socially awkward. He, however, made a deliberate decision to set up a fitness business and later expanded to a mental health space where he is helping people overcome mental and emotional challenges and live happy lives.
Mind your health and well being
It’s often said that your greatest assets are your health. With a healthy body, you can achieve most of your other life needs. Physical well-being is vital, whether, by daily exercises, routine walks, eating the right diet and water, or whatever strengthens your body. Mental well-being is equally important. Lewis observes that you will need to surround yourself with positive thinkers, read and listen to positive materials, avoid stress and toxic thoughts, get enough sleep. Seek first to have a healthy and energetic body and you will be able to accomplish your life targets and goals
Do not seek to be validated
So many people have unconscious restrictions that hold them back in life. They seek to have their actions validated by others. They forget that every person has unique talents and abilities. Lewis advises that you should be brave enough to chart your path to success and happiness. Listen to your inner voice and let your life not be clouded by other opinions.
