Women Who Disrupt

Lucie Mitchell: A Transformation Coach for Women in Living with Trauma

Understanding trauma has been challenging, especially for the many people who have been rendered helpless due to trauma. Depending on the person, traumatic events can trigger a wide range of responses, from mild discomfort to severe distress. Thankfully, it is possible to bury traumatic experiences deep within our minds and eventually re-establish a sense of belonging in one’s life. The good news is that Lucie Mitchell, the proprietor of Fierce and Beautiful Wellness, is available to assist women in working through their traumatic experiences, encouraging them to take things one day at a time and grow stronger as they do so.

The truth is that once trauma has clouded one’s judgment, it is tough to regain one’s composure. When people lose touch with their sense of purpose, it can severely limit their ability to make positive decisions and develop effective coping mechanisms. A loss of problem-solving ability, an inability to make decisions, and a lack of concentration are all typical and even expected after experiencing trauma.

As a survivor of trauma, Lucie Mitchell is committed to informing others that they, too, can take positive action to heal and reclaim their lives. That old adage about how time can make everything better is absolutely true. While it’s true that trauma memories can never be erased entirely, the upsetting thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations associated with it can be worked through and made a more manageable part of the victim’s life over time.

“Even though your life after trauma may be very different from your life before, it is possible for you to be able to manage your reactions in such a way that gradually you will be able to claim back much of your functional life. It’s understandable to feel this way, since the traumatic experience has likely made you face aspects of yourself and your life that you had previously avoided. Taking small, baby steps toward forgetting the trauma and moving on from it may help “described Lucie Mitchell.

While the prospect of healing may seem overwhelming initially, it can be gratifying with the proper therapeutic support and an open, trusting mindset. Lucie Mitchell welcomes new clients with open arms and provides a wide variety of services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, 10-day, and 21-day nutritional cleanses, and workshops on overcoming emotional eating.

To get to know her clients and establish a deep and meaningful connection with them, Lucie Mitchell offers a free Discovery Call as the first step in the healing process. “Please feel free to share any feedback you have about the services I provide. And I welcome the opportunity to communicate with them at any time! “explained Lucie Mitchell. “To that end, I have made it my mission to support women who have realized they haven’t been prioritizing themselves. Please share your thoughts and the challenges you face. My home and my heart are always open to you, my soul sister; it is my life’s work to help you experience the same joy and relief from emotional confinement that I have.”
