For the past 15 years, Bobby Umar has finally been living his goals. As a professional trainer and motivational speaker, he has achieved many awards and recognition including being named one of Inc Magazine’s Top 100 Leadership Speakers alongside Richard Branson, Brene Brown and John C. Maxwell. With decades of experience, Bobby is now using his ability to galvanize people, create communities, and be a force of positive change in the world.
Bobby started his business for transformational speaking and training back in 2007 and never looked back. He named this initiative “Raeallan” where he aimed to focus on his keynotes and workshops around the world or online, usually for conferences or corporations. Bobby’s goal was simple – to build thought leadership in business professionals and teams. Over the years he has had major speaking and consulting clients including TELUS, TD Canada Trust, CIBC, Air Miles, Kraft, Nestle, Canadian Tire, Novartis, Professional Engineers of Ontario, Ontario Public Service, and University Health Network. With great enthusiasm, Bobby has been coaching multiple clients and has provided many online professional development programs, His work landed him 5 TEDx talks and got him featured in Corporate Vision Magazine’s 2021 Corporate Excellence Awards, where he was awarded the title of Most Outstanding Leadership Speaker 2021.
In 2013, Bobby started working on his new initiative known as DYPB – Discover Your Personal Brand, where he worked to provide personal branding events and training for individuals and teams. As a result of this business, he ran North America’s largest conference dedicated to personal branding and focused on helping leaders create more focus, alignment, and impact in their lives through personal branding. In addition, Bobby has recently started working on a brand new initiative, “Thought Leadership Branding Club on Clubhouse” which is meant to be a community of thought leaders and experts in their field helping business professionals develop their leadership skills in 3 areas: building meaningful relationships, innovating new ideas, expertise, and content and enhancing communication skills such as speaking, writing, and storytelling.
Bobby got into the field of training and motivational speaking due to one solid reason: he always felt lost, stuck or unfulfilled as a leader during his career across four industries. He started these businesses where he could find more clarity, purpose, and direction in his life and while doing so, help others do the same.
Now after years of training people, Bobby’s primary focus is to get on TV shows as a contributor or pundit in his areas of expertise and interests. He believes that this is the best way he can help a million people who feel lost, stuck or unfulfilled.
