Meet Kamron Engler- The 22 Year Old Entrepreneur Writing His Own Ticket With Outside The Box Marketing

Who Is Kamron Engler?

Kamron Engler, a Realtor in north GA, started his career in a hub for luxury homes, investment properties, and a saturated market full of competitors. He quickly realized that their techniques weren’t the best, and began taking time to study what others were doing in the marketplace. Taking notes of what worked and what didn’t work so well. Not just in real estate but all business owners. Currently, through his business, building relationships, and unorthodoxed marketing, he’s continued to soar even amongst a squeeze on inventory in 2021 as well as a respectful 6 figures the year prior during the pandemic.

Build A Brand

When asked what the importance of having a brand is, Kamron responded ” How do you expect families to trust you when they don’t know you, know your story, your values, or what you’re about?” Understanding this concept is the foundation to creating a brand. People need to know your story in order to do business with you rather than their aunt or brother etc that is in the same field as you.

"The biggest mistake I see people make is asking the marketplace to trust them without having a brand" Says Kamron.

Building a brand can be as simple as sharing a article in your field, sharing your thoughts and asking people to share theirs. Using Canva and other similar content creation apps to create captivating images and posts. This isn’t rocket science says Kamron, its understanding the market doesn’t know you from the stranger they see at the local grocery store. You have got to put yourself out there, the goal should be when people think of your field, they think of you as the expert.

"Three years ago when I was trying to figure all of this out, there wasn’t a successful person [in business] that would be open to show how they do things. My wife Hannah and I decided that when we hit a certain point, we would share everything so that everyone could see and learn their way to success.” Kamron Shares.

Social Media

Social Media is the new T.V and radio. If you look back, the television came along and after a few years the radio slowly faded away. Just like this happened to the radio, the same thing is happening to T.V. with social media.  Now with 2.8 Billion active users on Facebook alone, why would you not utilize this form of marketing to establish yourself? And it’s free? It is a no brainer. Utilizing these social platforms to further your message is the most cost effective way to create brand awareness and demand attention from the market.

Create Omnipresence

Once you begin to establish credibility, the next step is to be everywhere at the same time. When someone is on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Audible…etc they should see you. This will create a omnipresence effect, causing you and your brand to be recognized as the authority and most trusted in the marketplace. Where this truly comes into effect is when you begin to implement old school marketing tactics along with new digital ones. Implementing email campaigns, billboards, flyers, and newspaper at the same time as digital. At that point you are literally everywhere and the market cannot ignore you.
