Does success really equate to happiness? For Kinga Elizabeth Staszalek, renowned love and relationship coach, family constellations healer, and founder of Lapis Evolution, “owning your worth and having a deep connection with your truth is the key to real happiness.”
Kinga has experienced much in her life. First, she lost her father at age nine and was rejected by her mother. Then, she was cheated on and humiliated by the love of her life, and after that, she couldn’t meet a committed partner. When she finally met her ideal match (now husband), she still felt lonely, misunderstood, and as if she had to do everything by herself. On top of this, she was abused and humiliated in the workplace.
By the age of 27, Kinga was tired of trying too hard to be the best, to be loved, accepted, and always attempting to make everything perfect.
Kinga took an unconventional path to become a love and relationship expert who has worked with hundreds of people – from finance, management to coaching and healing. She shared her journey and said, “It wasn’t a straight path at all, but the one thing I always followed was my heart. And that’s what I guide others to do. I help people connect with their deepest heart desires and claim their truth. Sometimes our truth looks like it makes no sense at the beginning, as we try to live our lives directed by our minds, which can often be constrictive and controlling. Following our doubtful, limiting beliefs can prevent us from true happiness as we fall short of feeling connected, fulfilled, and truly happy. During these moments of despair, our heart wants to speak up and tell us what we really need in life.”
She explained how she helps people connect with their hearts and find their truths; she said, “Connecting with the heart requires going to one’s core and clearing the negative and painful past experiences. Many people are scared to heal from the past because it involves feelings, and they are not emotionally ready for this. We are often blocked from feeling deeply because we think it’s the easiest way, but in the long term, it’s not effective. When we suppress our feelings, we don’t project who we truly are; we feel disconnected and not fulfilled. When we connect with our heart, we can clearly see what our truth is and what program has been implemented and running in our minds and bodies for many years.”
When asked about what her program is and how people can implement them in their bodies. This is what she responded, “The ‘Program’ is everything that we have observed and felt from our childhood. Everything that we have experienced since we started to think and feel in our family is like silent energy in our minds and bodies.”
So it would mean that everything that people experienced from their childhood and in their lives is connected to their own families. Kinga further explained this and said, “Our ability to succeed in any area of our life: love, relationships, business, or health can be influenced not only by our knowledge but most of all what we have experienced in the past and by the genuine relationships we’ve had and still have with family members, especially our parents. Any injustices or difficulties that have occurred in our family history are like a silent force working through the generations, and it can prevent our success, happiness, and love life from flourishing.”
She continued, “Whatever happened in our family history, we take this unknowingly as our truth, and now as adults, we still use these patterns, often unconsciously. The relationship we have with our parents is, in many ways, a metaphor for our life. People who think they received much from their parents often think they get a lot from life. The feeling that our parents have given us too little usually results in the feeling that we are getting too little from life. This could include feelings of not being gifted enough by our parents, which results in us feeling that we still get too little. No matter how much we have, we always feel that it’s not enough, leading to negative thinking that we don’t deserve the best relationship, love, and successes we see others enjoying.”
Now with all that said, this question remains. How can people overcome this feeling of ‘not enough’ and make themselves feel that they are deserving?
Kinga answered, “This requires deep energy healing work on two levels, both personally and at a family level. When I say ‘personal,’ I mean everything that we have experienced in our own life. While on a ‘family level,’ we deal with what has happened to our family, and we address a repetitive pattern that I call ‘family karma.’ Clearing the energy on a personal level is crucial to healing all of the past experiences to do with heartbreaks and when those we’ve trusted let us down. Clearing on a family level is about freeing yourself from any energetic entanglements that are out of our control but still influence our adult life.”
Kinga shares, “In my programs: ‘Attract your life partner,’ ‘Successful Relationship’ and ‘Unstoppable Transformation,’ help people to unlock all limitations that have them feeling ‘stuck’ not only in their mind but also in their body and energetic field. By doing this, they can develop a deep connection with their inner power, truth and find real love.”
Lastly, she shared her thoughts about whether or not everyone needs energetic healing on a personal and family level. Kinga said, “It depends on what the individual wants to achieve. I work with people looking for a life free from fear, doubt, emotional rollercoaster rides, and feeling blocked. The people I help are simply tired of trying to make these improvements by themselves. They’ve already experienced previous training or therapies that didn’t help them overcome the core issue. So I help my clients heal the past and align their lives to create the reality they desire without compromising on their dreams or needs.”
Indeed, real happiness isn’t about having a thriving business or a successful career; it is about connecting deeply to one’s own truth. Kinga’s proven track record had helped many people change their lives and let go of their negative mentality, and as a result, finds true happiness.
