Meet Viviana Espinosa: The Founder of Miami’s Top Rated Meal Delivery Company

This Female Entrepreneur is Delivering The Hottest Meals In Miami. Here’s Her Story
Viviana Espinosa is the founder of Eating By V, Miami’s number one food prep business. Since starting in 2018, Espinosa has committed to helping build a meal prep program that is designed with its clients in mind. By giving individual attention to each of her clients’ needs, she is able to help them eat better, feel better and live a healthy lifestyle.
Before launching her food prep business, Espinosa never viewed food as a way to build a business. For her, it was more of a creative outlet than just a business. “Until 2018, I was a housewife and I always wanted to create luxurious, extravagant meals. It was the biggest part of my day.” In 2018, after coming to a crossroads in her personal life, Espinosa launched her food prep business in Miami, Florida. She was a natural. In less than a year, she was making over $100,000 a month and serving clients throughout south Florida. Despite the instant success, it was short lived. Her product and service was amazing, but she was overwhelmed with managing a large company and expenses. “I wasn’t very good with money and business, so it was a lot to manage.” In the beginning of 2020 and the Covid pandemic, she had to make a hard decision. Much like many companies, faced with the uncertainty of covid, she decided to shut down her business and turned her attention to building a network marketing business. “I just wasn’t sure how things would go. So I decided to take a step back and cut back on some of the expenses and responsibilities that came with the food business.” She knew she had a great product, but she was still learning to turn her passion into a profitable business. She thrived while building her network marketing business, but, after some time, it became clear that she needed to return to her passion – improving people’s lives through food. “My customers were calling me back and asking for me to start back up. I finally decided to do it.”
This time she was prepared. Network marketing had sharpened her communication and marketing. She had learned to manage business expenses and a team of employees. She started small with only ten new customers and prepared all of the meals by herself in her apartment kitchen. This time she was ready to succeed. “The second time was so much better. I needed to lose money in order to learn how to make it.” Now since starting back her business, she has exceeded the income she had previously, her business has expanded back throughout southern Florida, and she has developed the systems and processes to allow her business to scale even further.
For Espinosa, food is much more than just an experience or a way to get healthy, it’s a way of life. “Most issues in our relationships, mental health, stress, anxiety and everything is tied to our nutrition – what we consume.” She believes this extends to media, news, friends and the other things that feed our mind. That’s why she is looking to expand the services she offers to her clients.
When asked what’s next, she shared her vision of helping people even further. “I want to focus on helping others that have a similar business to succeed, to help people find meaning, and build meaningful relationships.” This plan includes weekly trainings, coaching calls and other services to help her clients build a complete, healthy lifestyle.
