mickey jogoleff, Keep It Simple Solutions,

Mickey Jogoleff went from single and out of work, to married and being personally responsible for millions of dollars in sales and thousands of life’s changed, in less than 5 years. All of this was possible by finding The Simple Solutions to the task at hand. A skill that helped to build a business better than he ever dreamt possible, that skill then overflowed into every area of his life.

What started as an attempt to not overcomplicate things has turned into a successful life and Mickey have made it his mission to help others to do the same, Mr. K.I.S.S. was born to help Entrepreneurs and Service Professionals Find Their Simple Solutions with The Solution Mastermind!

Mickey Jogoleff, Founder of Keep It Simple Solutions (K.I.S.S.) was kind enough to sit down with us and chat about his entrepreneurship journey.

So Mickey, how did you get started with your entrepreneurship journey?

Mickey: I am someone who was led by passion to open my first business only to quickly realize that passion doesn’t pay the bills and if I didn’t want to go out of business faster than I opened I was going to have to learn how to actually run a business. Once I made the shift and became systems driven I took what was a failing business and turned it into a thriving machine with a 7 figure run rate in less than 90 days.

What are some of the challenges you’ve had to face to get to where you are today?

Mickey: When I got started I had limited or at times no resources which forced me to learn and adapt fast because if I didn’t I would have failed completely

Do you have some practical advice for those people who might want to get started in a similar career as you?

Mickey:

  1. Create simple spreadsheets to track daily/weekly/monthly activity so you can identify what is working
  2. Question how it could be made better.
  3. Get everyone on the same page (all doing things the exact same way)
  4. Schedule recurring time to train and adjust as needed
  5. Make changes to systems as needed and compare the performance

What are some of the quotes that make you feel most inspired?

Mickey: “Success isn’t easy but it doesn’t have to be complicated, Keep Things Simple”

“You have to be willing to question what you have done to get this far if you want to go further.”

Starting your own business is hard, what would you recommend someone should do when getting started?

Mickey:

I can tell you the top things to look for when you are looking for help to grow your sales and your company.

  1. Look for someone who will help you build a system designed around your business
  2. Makes sure they can train you and your team on how to be successful with the system
  3. Most importantly make sure they are able to show you have to continue training and growing the system so that you will have continued success.

Currently, what is the big message you’d like to highlight?

Mickey: You either have no training and you’re guessing, or you had training and have specific ideas of what you can do. Get training for yourself and your business

Thanks for the interview! What is the best way for someone to reach you if they are interested in working with you?
