Moving Forward with Xander Neff

Xander Neff is always open to talking about his best advice about starting off in the business industry. He managed to learn the ropes through working for others in the industry of his choosings. There is never too much to learn; there is always something new that we can work towards and improve on.

The Struggle is Priceless

“Your struggle is your gift,” Neff explains. “Nobody wants to hear the story of the man that was given everything.” Through every challenge we face in life, we can either learn from it or let it destroy us. Instead of taking it as a negative, please take it as constructive criticism and learn from it. These failures may seem like all of the hard work that you put in wasn’t worth it, but what you get from it is all that much more valuable. If you don’t get some type of criticism in your lifetime, how are you ever going to improve?

Xander enjoys taking life one step at a time. Making sure that his presence is known is very important to him. He always aims to be the hardest worker in the room, and he thinks that you should too. He uses his charisma and charm to draw in the attention of anyone who cares to hear his story.

Be Professional and Be a Leader.

His genuine smile and smooth-talking is also a hit as he’s known to be a ladies man. He aims to not only look friendly and approachable but also to act in that manner. He builds connections with all his staff, while also being the leader that they need to succeed with him. It takes a good man to be able to combine the two, and it’s not always easy. He strives to be the boss he’s always wanted to have. He wants all of his clients to feel valued and respected while working for him. Be professional and be a leader. Regardless of what your life-long dream is, Xander will cheer you on until you make it.

Having a fun, family feel of a work environment is what Xander strives to achieve. As he recently started a modeling agency, he’s had his hands full with building it up from nothing with the knowledge he’s gained from working for modeling companies prior.

Militant Mindset

He tells us, “The point of the agency was to help others in the same industry connect, network, and create content for photography, videography, and commercial advertising.” As Xander has worked with others in the industry in the past, he was able to learn the ins and outs of successful networking and marketing. He’s learned that the best businesses are founded through love, friendships, communication, and showing appreciation to all those around you. As he came from a military background, the communication style he was introduced to was not one that he found to be hand-in-hand with his beliefs of how it should be in the workplace. He found the one-way communication instead produced more failures than successes.

The hardships that Xander has endured at such a young age is more than most will go through in their entire life. He spent his high school days rolling around the school in his wheelchair, thanks to his sporting accident when he was 18. He believes that positive energy will pull through, bringing you to be the best person you can be.
