The foundation

Patrick used to play the piano since he was 7 years old and he was taught to play the keyboard by a very famous figure at that time, Margaret Mason. He was always passionate about music and he followed this path in his studies as well. He discovered that music and technology can be combined and creativity is boosted.

Career blooming

His career in music started in 2001 when he secured his first recording contract in the UK. Slowly, he built a strong name within his community in two years, and after that Patrick Osei considers that it’s time to step back a bit and to learn more about the business side of music. After 4 years, he opens his studio called ‘Hot Money Studios’ in London.

Business success

His studio is widely known among the young rap artists who come and work together with Patrick to create unique and authentic music that speaks to a generation. The studio is famous for providing that major label sound at indie rates and by this, ‘Hot Money Studios’ attracts big names of the rap industry. Today, his success is visible as he was part of the top 40 UK hit record in the mainstream charts. The future looks bright for ‘Hot Money Studios’ as Patrick Osei plans to take the studio to a seven-figure revenue by 2023 and to focus more on the digital marketing space.

The secret to a better life

Patrick Osei shares with us the main factors which influenced his journey to success. The most important thing is to realize that talent is not enough and no matter how talented you are, without hard work achievement is impossible. A lesson learned by Patrick is that no matter what happens, pain is always temporary and this gave him strength and motivate him to go forward no matter how difficult it was.

Keep inspired and motivated

His inspiration comes from his father and other famous faces like Gary Vee and Elon Musk. At this stage in life, the most important moment which had an impact was the day when he became a father, as family has an important role in Patrick’s professional life. The advice for the young entrepreneur who is starting a new business or career would be to focus on their vision and never lose the hope that one-day things will get better. Mistakes are part of the journey and achievement is impossible without failures.
