Nigel Nethersole is a realtor in Canada; he serves the areas of Edmonton, Alberta, and several places surrounding the area. He is a realtor of passion; he loves providing his clients professional real estate assistance and is persistent in making his clients’ property aspirations come true. His time as a realtor has only improved his skills ever since he started to gained interest in pursuing a career in real estate even though he originally graduated with a Management Degree majoring in Marketing with a minor in accounting.

He is now a successful realtor and a married man with two daughters. He loves sports and multiple physically engaging activities such as skiing, squash, and mountain biking. He is also a big fan of music and an avid foodie. He considers himself lucky since his area of operation does his interests a favor. It has endless trail systems, great food, and a great view of the vast beauty of the River Valley. In addition, the fact that he is a professional realtor in the area, he is masterful in looking for properties in the area that will certainly fit his clients’ needs and wants.

Being the professional realtor he is, he recommends to future home buyers that it is a perfect time to invest in real estate now. He also recommends hiring a professional realtor with sufficient knowledge about the place of interest, just like himself.

Clients in the early phases of intending to acquire a living place for their future should not disregard the experience of a Realtor like Nigel Nethersole’s abilities to assist clients who require real estate advice as a few mistakes made during the planning stages have a significant impact on anyone’s life. Due to the fact that real estate can be risky when someone engages in it unprepared, Nigel left a few advice for future clients.

“Location is important for lifestyle. But there are some great affordable pockets within the area. So, it is good to ask yourself not only what you want from a house, but what you’d like from a community”. With Nigel being an adventurous person himself, he recommends living in a location that can support a client’s lifestyle. The personal interests that he has coincided with the community that he is living in. Because of this, he can effectively relate to his clients when it comes to following what they love about life. He also believes that a client should put the state of the community first when looking for a living area and not so much attention on the house itself.
