Strategic Advisor Board is Helping Businesses and CEOs Reconnect into community

We often forget what our world used to look like pre-pandemic. A short time ago in early 2020 we were all experiencing a thriving economy driven by small local businesses, a strong market, and many opportunities for business connections all around the globe. After weathering the pandemic, nothing is more important now than a community effort to rebuild and scale our businesses. With built in community and a team of 10 CEO’s, the Strategic Advisor Board helps small businesses transition back to what used to be “Normal”. Now more than ever the community-based effort is needed to support the economies of our small communities.

It’s time to bring back our local businesses.  Bob’s tire shop supplying tires to the local car dealership and Jane’s coffee and donut shop supplies coffee and donuts for the local retail shops and their customers. We could go on and on about the way it “USED” to be in our communities across the nation. Not everywhere is this way, but many communities local to us are just now getting back to that mentality.

Reinvigorating small businesses is a priority of the Strategic Advisor Board closing out 2021. We focus on smarter business growth through community effort that helps the local economy. Our communities fuel our countries economy and allow us to grow and thrive as a nation. We help businesses create smart strategies that tie into the community effort to support the economy in a more holistic way.

One of the Directors on the Strategic Advisor Board runs a merchant company out of Savanah, GA. They have created a unique way of connecting community, charity, and business both locally and nationally. Imagine, every time a customer swiped a card to pay for their product or service, a portion of the fee goes to a charity or nonprofit that you love. It’s an amazing program that goes to show the innovation that is possible to tie into community support.

My own local community here in Boulder, Colorado banded together and supported one another during the pandemic. This is what allowed us to continue to thrive as a culture and survive as business owners. We must focus the next 6-12 months on forging community efforts that drive businesses, consumers, charities, and local communities further and faster. As a nation, we will heal, but it will take a combined effort to thrive again in harmony.

The Strategic Advisor Board team will continue to help our clients put the strategy puzzles together while bringing back the community-based model. The more we continue to focus strategies on community, the more we will all win. Consumers want to support the businesses that are run by their neighbors and friends. We help bridge the gap of consumer to community. Businesses that are still in panic mode can rely on the Strategic Advisor Board team to refocus efforts to community. Businesses will see a far greater return on the investment of “People”. People don’t buy products; they buy from companies that have a soul and support their values. This is a call out to all the CEOs, go forward now and build your community “Through” your business.
