Cristina Resina is part of “The Resina Cattan Group,” a mother or daughter team that combines experience and a modern approach to serve their clients in the best way possible.

Cristina is a dream catcher. She helps her clients catch their dreams of buying and selling a wonderful home. A realtor for more than 20 years, she worked in many areas in San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.

On the other hand, Victoria Cattan grew up around Real Estate. She is innovative and resourceful; she can bring better and faster ways of getting things done. In addition, Victoria is competent, a good listener, and prioritizes open communication, all that enables her to look and find the best solution for her clients.

Their business is based on more than 80 percent of referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to this group is providing excellent service to buyers and sellers to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.

The group has sold homes in all price ranges, from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to uptown condominiums, ranch properties, and investment properties.

Cristina has built her home and grown her family as an Oak Park resident since the 1999s. As a resident of Ventura County, she is familiar with many intangible advantages of life, including its wonderful weather, diversity, and culture. Surprisingly, Cristina earned a Degree in Pharmacy —not all are real estate. Of course, life isn’t all about work with Cristina. When she isn’t previewing properties or assisting clients in finding their new homes, she is just like every other person who enjoys family time. She loves her morning walks, her time with her friends, and her daughter. She has fun with her Spanish groups since she is from Argentina. Being bilingual is a great advantage.  Also, Cristina is a passionate traveler and a pet lover.

While Victoria grew up in Oak Park and had been around Real Estate all her life. She has a degree in Marketing Management, but she decided to make Real Estate her career, so she got her Real Estate license.

When she is not showing houses, she loves to be with her friends, and they enjoy watching movies or going to different places. She is a pet lover, and she loves her ‘baby cat.’

Victoria is bilingual; she speaks English and Spanish and also enjoys travel all around the world. In her free time, Victoria is an enthusiastic book reader and crafter.

They mainly serve Residential Real Estate in Ventura County and San Fernando Valley areas. Its warm Mediterranean climate and excellent quality of life are a few reasons many choose to live in this county. There are loads of great neighborhoods around town like Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Moorpark, with close-knit communities and plenty of fun activities. The crime rate has consistently remained low, and most of the area schools are rated 8 out of 10 or higher and boast high graduation rates. “Whether you are searching for a place to raise a family or a home to enjoy your retirement, you are sure to find a suitable spot.”

While San Fernando Valley has long been an iconic part of Los Angeles, with excellent accessibility. The beauty of “The Valley” is filled with several diverse communities, each with its own tone, local hangouts, and hidden gems.

The Valley is very independent and quite entrepreneurial. It is a major center for creative, technical, and professional talent with offices for ABC, CBS, and NBC, and aerospace. In addition, it is home to outstanding community colleges, private colleges, and universities.

When asked about what their pieces of advice are for first-time homebuyers, here’s what they replied, ”Buying and selling a home can sometimes feel like an emotional roller coaster, but in the end, owning a property is the best investment anyone can do.  Real Estate professionals like us know to give advice and guidance to help buyers, sellers and investors navigate just about any real estate topic that you could encounter—from home buying to investing to getting ready for a sale and beyond.

With mortgage rates at an all-time low, it may be a great time to buy. The first step in the buying process is to have a firm understanding of what you can afford and your overall financial situation.

Home prices are soaring across the US; we are in a ‘seller’s market’ with a very low inventory. The seller’s advantage is that they can make a good return on investment. However, sellers need to realize that this process may happen more quickly than they’re expecting and that they should be ready to jump on the right offer.”

The Resina Cattan Group team always has their clients’ needs and best interests at heart, and they help them every step of the way. According to the group, “We believe that our success is ultimately determined by the legacy we leave with each client we serve. Therefore, our motto is Integrity, Experience, Results.”
