H2ohm water

With the influence of various negative news in the media, people are having mixed perceptions of the world. It is considerably hard for some people to eliminate negativity from their subconscious because social media and additional accessible resources remind them constantly. People are only able to find some time to practice mindfulness during the weekend. From 9 to 5 individuals are continually stressed with their commitment of working for having enough money.

We must manage time every day to practice positive affirmation and mindfulness. Anxiety and depression have become a common symptom for many people around the globe.

Enter Seth Tzvi Rosenthal, founder of H2ohm water, and advocate for a healthy lifestyle. Seth is dedicated to aware people of the need for positive intentions and mindfulness. Today, he is here with us to share some strategies that can encourage us to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Hello Seth, we’re thrilled to have you in our media. Please tell us more about you and your businesses.

Thank you for the invitation. I am happy to be here and share my expertise. I am extremely passionate about positive intentions and mindfulness. I practice these experiences frequently. After each session of my practice, I sense a new energy in me and a motivation to accomplish the desired outcome. This is one of the greatest feelings any human can have. A peaceful mind and a vision to manifest a healthy living will open doors for many opportunities and happiness.

I have noticed people who can’t wait to grab a cup of coffee after meditation. I believe that is not very beneficial, which gave me a feeling to launch a drink that can go hand to hand. H2ohm water is rich in natural minerals and gives the prompt boost of energy the body requires.

What are the common ways any individual can start for mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a natural process of being conscious of things around us in the present moment. We are continuously distracted by future worries and past memories. Wanting to get everything done at once, Multitasking is one of the main reasons we are not able to receive mindfulness.

Find a peaceful place in your house or the office. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Sense the feeling of air coming in and going out from your nose. If possible try taking a long season of breathing. This will help you concentrate fast and reach the state of mindfulness. A couple of mins after, attempt to experience the things around you, feel, smell and listen to every small event.

You can exercise mindfulness everywhere as long as the area is quiet.

This is a very easy action any individual can start to practice mindfulness.

Why are positive intentions needed and how do we create that mindset?

People favor negative rumors and it often gets spread around the world within a couple of hours. If we aspire something in life desperately then we need to avoid negative thoughts and energy taking friends. We can rarely succeed in life if we are surrounded by negative emotions.

I have met countless people who are stuck in negative beliefs and it’s intoxicating for them to overcome that mindset.

Here’re my easy tips to achieve a positive mindset:

  • Every morning list the things that make you feel thankful
  • Repeat positive affirmation and write it down repeatedly
  • Have a visual board filled with a positive outcome in your life.

Practicing these 3 steps daily will benefit you. You will gain a positive intention and have a healthy success mindset.
