Tina Sadri Cultivates the Good Life Through Balanced Living and Fashion

Many people enjoy beautiful fashion, going out with their friends, and doing things that give them a sense of fulfillment. Tina Sadri, a fashion/lifestyle blogger and psychotherapist, encourages her followers to not only live life to the fullest, but to also focus on the inner work of healing, beauty, and peace. This is the trademark of her brand, a cohesive bonding of both internal and external.

One of Tina’s biggest interests and passions lies with fashion. She enjoys dressing up and going out with her girlfriends. She shares her style with her followers, who also appreciate and enjoy fashion trends. It is something that makes her feel whole. It’s about more than just wearing pretty clothes; it’s about being in something that makes you feel good about yourself. With fashion comes accessories, so Tina will be releasing a line of sunglasses that she hopes will do just that: make you feel good.

She enjoys sharing her thoughts to help others. Tina Sadri authored a book called Obsession: Freeing Yourself from Social Media Disorder. It helps people understand how to use social media to their advantage rather than being abused by it, causing destructive disillusionment and comparative behaviors that lead to mental health issues.

Tina focuses on lifestyle content as well, incorporating family, marriage, and motherhood. These are the main components of her life that make up who she is as a whole. Since she promotes balanced living and embracing all of the different parts of yourself, she creates resonance with her audience by inviting them into her personal world.

Tina’s accomplishments include being featured on the cover article for Parenting OC magazine, being named Woman of Style by Riviera Magazine, and writing articles for Wedding Wire. Her future projects involve the release of her upcoming line of sunglasses and a new balanced living book to be released in late 2022.
