Víctor Pastries Now A Common Name in Venezuela’s Pastry Industry

Víctor Chocrón, also known as Víctor Pastries to thousands of pastry lovers in Venezuela, now has emerged as a master pastry chef who can make delicious pieces of desserts.  

Born in 1997, Víctor Pastries today is a known person in the realm of Venezuelan pastry sector through his products that taste superb and contain high nutrition values.

A most successful young pastry chef and entrepreneur, he has already emerged as a signature mark in making pastry and desserts. Víctor Pastries is also an inspiration to the other young Venezuelans who aim to become successful in the pastry business.

Cooking and baking attracted Victor Pastries since childhood. He dreamt of becoming a successful patisserie business owner from his early days and became one with creating his own aura in this sector. It is so much that his pastries are known throughout Venezuela.

There is an interesting story concerning his determination to become a gourmet running a patisserie. When he was a young boy, an injury sustained during a sport forced him to stay indoors for quite some time.

He utilized the time in the kitchen learning the arts of cooking and making pastries. As time passed, he perfected his knowledge in the area of culinary art and gastronomy.

Here, he wound what he wanted to be in growing up. The ambition was to turn a successful pastry and dessert maker. He enrolled himself at the Caracas-based Instituto Superior Mariano Moreno in Venezuela.

He then opened a Pastry Shop named Victor Pastries and completely devoted himself to creating tasty, mouth-watering and healthy pastry which were greatly patronized by the customers. Soon, the shop Victor Pastries became a favorite spot of the pastry lovers.

His name and fame started growing. The fame of Victor Pastries also started to rise on the social media platform.

Today, Víctor Pastries is a brand in Venezuela. This made him almost synonymous with quality pastry. Recently, he launched a new outlet of Victor Pastries at Boleíta in Caracas. In a short span of time, this new shop became very famous with people praising ingredients used in pastries and their superb taste.

Víctor Pastries employs well-qualified chefs. And a team of patisserie experts who add finest touches to the finished products: pastries and desserts of different varieties. Besides, creativity also has been added to such pastries to make them further attractive and ideal gift items to the loved ones.  

Victor Pastries now is toying with the business idea of launching a cafe in Caracas to facilitate people to spend their time there or hold small parties and get-togethers.

After his success as an entrepreneur, Víctor Pastries has also entered into philanthropy and social works thus helping the needy and poor. He created the Víctor Pastries Foundation with the dual purpose. Firstly, bring happiness among needy children by giving them free pastries. Secondly, offer teaching space for the young aspirants aiming to become successful in the confectionery business.

The specialty of Victor Pastries is that it creates, among others, a mix between French and American pastry, cakes and creams. The traditional Venezuelan confectioneries produced by him also are simply superb. He is very famous for the Venezuelan chocolates.

Víctor Pastry is also very famous for the triple chocolate made with chocolate sponge cake, filled with chocolate cream and chocolate pieces, covered with chocolate ganache, it has a crown of profiteroles intervened with cocoa filled with a chocolate pastry cream, covered in chocolate. 

His Victor Pastries Special also has earned massive fame. It is a traditional vanilla cake, with a topping that is made with chocolate and hazelnut cream, covered with a moose of cookies and cream, with a crown of profiteroles, truffles, cookies and chocolate chips.
