What Makes Nancy Ruiz a Better Real Estate Agent is Because She Puts Clients First

Buying and selling homes is not always an easy task. There are so many things that have to be done right in order to secure the success of marketing or purchasing homes for people to enjoy. This is where the realtors come in. Through them, a lot can be accomplished, giving their clients an easier time throughout the entire process.

But Nancy Ruiz is more than just your usual realtor. Aside from carrying out her job of putting the house on the market or for sale, she wants to make sure that her clients have a positive experience from the start to the end of the process.

Encouraged by the People Close to Her

“I began my real estate career after a few conversations with a neighbor.  Many friends throughout the years would tell me that they thought I would be great in real estate but never told me why they thought that. Then my neighbor Jessica sat me down and told me how she knew I would be great because I genuinely care for people,” Nancy shared.

The realtor regularly volunteers and teaches her friends how to become involved with their local communities in different ways.

“Jessica knew that my passion for helping people would serve our community well.  She said that I don’t ‘just talk the talk’, I walk and live it. For someone to see that in me, I knew I wanted to work alongside that leader so I said yes to joining her team to manage her growing real estate business,” she said.

Since then, real estate has grown special to Nancy because she gets to serve others in a different way by making the home buying process an experience.

Connecting with Clients via Her Personal Brand

Throughout her career of helping others purchase and sell their homes, Nancy discovered that most of them had a negative experience with another realtor.

“I would meet them and they were either disempowered or not quite ready because of a ‘no’ from another real estate agent or lender. I want to be known as a real estate professional who cares about them, will find them their perfect home, negotiate the best terms and/or price for them and about their experience,” she said.

Nancy’s goal when dealing with her clients is to create a positive experience from the moment they meet her to the moment she hands them their new keys.

“One of my intentions when I first meet someone, whether that’s on the phone or face to face, is to make them feel like somebody, whether that’s by making them smile or laugh in some capacity. I have known the feeling of being invisible and I don’t want others to experience that with me,” the realtor said

She carries out this intention of hers by listening to her clients even if it’s not real estate related. She listens to what’s important to them.

“I treat people like friends and also negotiate for them like they are my friends. I’m also a problem solver in my everyday life. So when an obstacle is presented, I immediately go into ‘how do we solve this tactfully?’  That mindset has helped me create success,” Nancy divulged.

With someone as involved and genuine as Nancy, her clients enjoy the process of buying and selling homes with her. In a way, Nancy makes their housing dreams come true.
