In this study done on tech offices, it was found that 69% of responders claimed they had gained weight after working in the same setting every day.

As entrepreneurs cater to all employees in their new virtual workspace, one celebrity trainer, Allegra Fasulo, is creating an at-home fitness and nutrition program that works in tandem with these new lifestyles.
“There is less emphasis on the start and end time of the workday when entrepreneurs manage businesses from home, so employees are emailing and calling all hours of the day. It can be impossible to unplug and make time for yourself and your health,” said Fasulo. “That’s what inspired me to make a program that works with this ‘new normal;’ these entrepreneurs shouldn’t have to balance it all.”
Fasulo’s premier training program is based on at-home workouts that do not require fancy gym equipment. The workouts are tailored personally to each client based on their fitness and nutrition requirements, as well as the space they are working with at home. The workouts are also designed to be in shorter bursts, more strategic to maximize the business owner’s time.

Considering that fitness is nothing without a nutritional plan to back up the results, as proven in countless scientific studies, Fasulo is also including a diet plan with meal prepping instructions. The uniquely curated meals per client are designed with their grocery shopping options in mind. All ratios are customized based on macronutrients and personal health information so the nutrition plans aren’t just another “catch-all” diet fad.
“I cover everything in my transformational coaching program that will make entrepreneurs’ lives easier. Many of these people are managing households, raising kids, taking care of family, and trying to balance social lives in the middle of this mayhem. The least I can do is help them protect and invest in their health. We only get one body in this lifetime,” said Fasulo.
