Learn How Landon Murie Helps Property Management Firms Across America Grow Exponentially

Landon Murie is the founder of Goodjuju, a marketing and SEO agency that helps property management companies gain more exposure online. They achieve this through revolutionary marketing strategies that are tailored to cater to their clients’ audiences.

A couple of weeks ago, I spoke with Landon concerning issues such as personal growth, overcoming life’s obstacles, and drawing the proper inspiration required to keep your brand afloat. Let’s have a look;

Overcoming Obstacles

An obstacle is something that tries to stop you from attaining your ambitions. Think of it as a barrier between you and your objectives. Everyone encounters an obstacle at some point in their lives, but the defining element is how they handle it.

During our talk, Landon disclosed that the biggest obstacles he faced were brand growth and onboarding new team members. He further clarifies that there are times when he and his team realized that they didn’t have the capacity to take on new clients; it’s not something he wishes anyone to go through.

To overcome these obstacles, Landon Murie devoted himself to the creation of systems for his team and anyone with the proper credentials for onboarding new team members. Ever since then, Goodjuju has provided world-class services for its clients and seen remarkable growth.

Drawing Inspiration

Inspiration is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.

When asked where his source of inspiration comes from, Landon Murie recalled the moment when he started a property management firm. Years ago, when Landon and his father were in the process of creating this firm, he got obsessed with marketing and SEO.

This obsession caused him to acquire a lot of knowledge on the topic, and as a result, he grew his company at an unprecedented speed. This, however, wasn’t a blessing as it was presumed.

Problems sprouted from different places and the firm couldn’t deal with the obstacles. This was a big loss, but Landon came out of it with the knowledge of how to properly scale a property management firm online. This is what gave him the inspiration to start Goodjuju. He found a way to use the knowledge he gained to help other property managers in America who needed result-driven strategies for their marketing campaigns.

Solving World Problems

According to Landon, there are hundreds if not thousands of property management companies in America that find it hard to run their online marketing campaigns due to the workload they experience from issues such as clientele supervision, showcasing properties, and a host of other time-consuming tasks.

What many of these property managers don’t know is that their lack of care for their marketing campaigns costs them a lot of clients and can tamper with their growth in the long run.

Goodjuju helps these companies understand what is holding them back and how they can be a healthy company.

A Word Of Advice

Here are some words advice from Landon himself for anyone striving for success in their industry;

I think one of the best things you can do is find someone who is doing what you want to be doing or achieving what you want and trying to reverse engineer their process and strategies.

It’s pretty tough to come up with a “brand new way” of doing many things (unless you are Elon Musk) and so for most people, we should find someone who is at the level you want to be at, and go behind the scenes of their strategy to try and replicate their success in your own way. This has worked really well for me with my marketing agency.
