Seth Yudof and Fan Rebellion Are Offering A New Way To Experience Vegas

Fan Rebellion is bringing a whole new way for entertainment lovers to experience Vegas. As investors. By offering everyday people the ability to invest directly in their production company, Fan Rebellion is providing them a way to share in the profit of Vegas performances. In addition to a profit opportunity, investors will also have a voice in the type of shows, entertainment, and concepts that the company offers. Here’s the details.

Led by CEO Seth Yudof, Fan Rebellion is looking to transform the Vegas entertainment scene. Yudof has several decades of experience managing music artists, producing shows and even owning several restaurants and clubs in vegas. Combined with his experience working in casinos and working with popular artists such as Daughtry, CeeLo Green and more, he has seen a shift in Las Vegas Entertainment. “Entertainment is changing. There are a lot of people that are unhappy about the stacked fees of big-time corporate stages, and there is clearly a desire for more niche entertainment options, as the trends show in music and streaming video.”

That’s why he decided to make a change. As the pandemic put a halt to most entertainment in Vegas, he started making plans to address the shift in Las Vegas fans. “The pandemic forced a lot of venues to close. And while this looked bad, it actually created a lot of new opportunities to connect with an underserved audience in Vegas.” Yudof saw this as the perfect time to create a business that would capitalize on this new audience. “The corporate approach is to focus on big names, big venues and stratospheric ticket prices, but we are looking to focus on the niche that is forming in that blindspot.”

Besides offering awesome alternative entertainment options, Yudof is also excited about giving everyday investors the ability to break into the lucrative Las Vegas market. “Currently, most opportunities to invest in Vegas entertainment have an entry point of 6 or 7 figures to invest in a single show. We are looking to give investors the chance to invest in all of our shows for as little as $105, by becoming owners in our overall company.” In order to realize his dream, he realized it was time to bring in some more help.

Maynes, who serves as the company’s Chief Creative Officer, has played a crucial part in developing the creative strategy of the company. With experience in virtually all aspects of entertainment, he has developed shows, managed artists, produced Grammy-winning records and marketed/produced events that have generated tens of millions in sales. His expertise is joined by the third founder, Jayson Pearson, who has masterminded their plan of vertical integration to improve on the current economics of producing live entertainment.

Pearson has lived in Las Vegas his entire life. Over the last twenty years, he has worked on stages around the country. He has tens of thousands of hours under his belt rigging equipment, staffing crews and running light and sound boards for a wide range of shows. Everything from concerts, shows, product launches and corporate events, he has been a part of making things work behind the scenes.

With the super trio assembled, Yudof and Fan Rebellion are looking to provide destination-worthy yet niche entertainment while also providing everyday, small investors a chance to share in the profits of the multi-billion-dollar Las Vegas entertainment market.

Fan Rebellion is an entertainment company based in Las Vegas. Specializing in the development and production of ticketed events and attractions in Las Vegas, their business model gives everyday investors a chance to share in the success of their events and attractions. Their goal is to build a company valuation of 20 million dollars within three years. You can visit their website FanRebellion.com to learn more about their business.
