How Ty Lucas Went From a Bodybuilder to a Biohacking Health Professional!
We all want to live a long and healthy life, some of us struggle with health issues and some of us have abundant energy while performing at a high level every day. One thing we all have in common is that we have changes throughout our lives that we don’t expect. Meet Ty Lucas, he is an authority figure in the health and fitness space, he’s one of the many who have made changes in their lives for the better. Growing up Ty has always been competitive in any sport he participated in such as rugby, surfing, golf and lastly bodybuilding. By being the competitive and curious person Ty is, he developed a big reputation as a bodybuilder and physique coach by winning multiple bodybuilding shows and his clients body composition success.
Ty Lucas has always been passionate about health and fitness. From a young age Ty has always excelled as an athlete which moved him to becoming a leader in the health and fitness space. He loved to push his body to the limits to be the best in any sport he partook. Ty’s curious mind of how the human body functions and can be pushed to its limits shows in success as a bodybuilder and his clients transformations. However, there is a price to pay if you push your body to the limits without a focus on your health and longevity. Like many of us, Ty ran into some health issues that needed to be fixed if he was going to live up to his potential one of the best coaches in the world. While Ty had great success as a bodybuilder, his dedication to becoming the best coach in the health and fitness space, has led him to doing a degree in complementary and alternative medicine.
According to Ty, there are a lot of misconceptions in the health and fitness space. For a long period of his life he thought having six pack abs and big muscles was synonymous with health and fitness. Since Ty began to delve deeply into testing his blood and biomarkers to see what was going on inside of his body. It was soon clear that just being fit with big muscles, does not mean that you are healthy. He goes by the approach of minimum effective dose, to achieve your goals. Always pushing yourself to the limits results in burnt out and health problems just like he had. With Ty’s new knowledge, he views the world through a different lens, of not just performance. But performance, health and longevity.
What is Ty Doing Now?
What we can expect from Ty, is his professional ability to combine performance, health and longevity to transform the lives of individuals forever. Long gone are the days of just focusing on a before and after, Ty focuses on what he calls the after, after for long lasting health and performance results. Ty has created a unique coaching program called The Health Blueprint that combines ancestral wisdom with new age science. The Health Blueprint incorporates daily, weekly and periodic practices that are changing the health and longevity of many. Having a systematic approach of where you are now to where you want to be with your health and longevity is his speciality.
The amount of time Ty has spent on his education with a bachelors degree and multiple mentors. Truly highlights his passion for creating a positive change in the health and lives of his clients longevity success. On top of that he has begun to help personal trainers up skill their knowledge to spread the results of not only performance, but living a long quality life with abundant energy and health.
