You Never Know, You May Just Have A Book in You

You Never Know, You May Just Have A Book in You

In our lifetime, we tend to go through different seasons. Some are so good that you want to live there forever. While some seasons may bring through the opposite feelings. The beauty of life is embracing the ying-yang energy of all that we experience.

You can liken these seasons to the chapters of a book. When we take a moment to review all of our own experiences, our chapters may begin to make more sense to us. It is the reason why some of the world’s best-selling books are based on the author’s life experience.

Stephanie Jameson is a gifted two-time author, with her first book being an Amazon bestseller for personal transformation and spirituality. While her books are not autobiographies, her life experiences much inspired the wisdom that she has poured into them.

A little bit about Steph.

Stephanie is an intuitive coach who states that she always knew that there is more to life than most of us allow ourselves to perceive. However, before she began to understand and trust in her own gifts, she had to be moved through her own perspective shifts and growth as well.

Stephanie identifies with what is known as an intuitive dreamer or intuitive empath. For as long as she can remember, Stephanie would gain insight & guidance through her dreams growing up and into adulthood. This is something she says that she only shared with her family and those closest to her for years. It was not uncommon for Stephanie to receive messages from her loved ones or those who are close to her loved ones who had passed on.

Stephanie says that like many others, she was taught from a very young age that it was about trusting in what was logical and not in what she felt, so this led to her suppressing her gifts for a long time, unfortunately.  She says that as she grew older,  it became normal for her to look outside of herself for validation. She says that is something she feels many of us struggle with, never learning the vital lesson that we can trust ourselves & feel confident in our own intuitive knowing. ”So many of us are taught fear & co-dependency instead of wholeness.”

However, that changed when she was eventually moved through her own initial awakening that shifted her directly into alignment with the path that she is currently on.

Stephanie says that it took this initial awakening to get her attention and when this happened, finally the chapters of her life had begun to make sense. She began to understand why she always felt so different, she says that when we feel this way and like we have never fit in, it’s because we are not supposed to. Challenging for a kid to hear, but a much-needed perspective shift had as an adult.

Everything Serves A Purpose

Stephanie encourages everyone she works with to challenge themselves to look at all of the things that have happened on their path from a high perspective. She believes fully that we are all here to learn, grow and ultimately evolve.

She states that everything that she has experienced has made her the impeccable intuitive coach she is now. Thanks to the difficult trauma she endured as a child and other experiences she has grown through, this perspective shifter says she is now able to take the lessons from those experiences and help others. Something she would not be able to do so easily had she not had to endure what she likes to refer to as a type of “pre-med” for healers. She says the best healers/coaches are the ones who have been challenged to grow through the most difficult experiences.

In a nutshell, she encourages everyone to look at and understand that in some way all of the experiences we encounter have served a purpose. Every detour, every heartbreak, and every experience that seemed to knock us down over and over again. Every single chapter served a purpose. It’s up to us to see and be willing to learn from it.

Stephanie likes to use this particular affirmation daily. I know that everything happens for my highest good. An affirmation from her latest book. She says, “Really think about it, what have you learned from that experience? Would you have been able to learn it and be where you are today had the experience not happened? Not always easy work to shift perspectives like this but she encourages those who are doing the work to do this, to keep going.

Embrace Your Story

In her book series, the gifted author speaks all about personal transformation, mindset shifts, spirituality, and self-care. She guides people to embrace their story, every aspect. Through her own healing, Stephanie has come to understand the beauty that comes from owning your story and the miracles that can occur when one begins to transmute pain into power.

The author says, “Everything you see in my first two books comes directly from my life experiences. I remember telling my Mother years ago, I swear Mom, I have had enough happen to me, I feel like I could write a book. It turns out, I did.”

Stephanie encourages anyone who has been through any sort of trauma or intensity to begin the process of meditation and journaling. She says you don’t need to know why you are writing down what you are, just jot it down anyway. The author states that when she began to truly honor what she was feeling, she was intuitively guided to begin journaling. Within a year and a half, she had 8 full journals. Those 8 journals eventually turned into the two books you see links to below.

Understand that nothing is a coincidence. Whether good or bad, it all works together to guide you towards your path. Embrace it. You never know; you may also have a book in you.
