We would love to know about you and the fantastic work you do?
I’m Amanda Robinson. I am the founder of the lifestyle brand Paid & Pretty Chic. I am dedicated to helping women master success and step into their power.
Please tell us something about Paid and Pretty Chic. What does it stand for?
I created my brand to be an example to women of what’s possible for them. That they can give themselves permission to be themselves and receive the money they desire! There’s this stereotype that women either have beauty or brains never both! Paid & Pretty Chic stands for women across the world who are beautiful, intelligent, and business savvy. And I empower women into believing in themselves & stepping into their own power and owning their truths.
You are a Regional Vice President of a valuable women empowerment brand. What was the idea behind creating this brand?
I am one of the Regional Vice Presidents of the largest women’s empowerment brands on social media called, Boss Ladies Mindset. Our mission is to profoundly make a difference of millions of women and girls across the globe through our philanthropy, business coaching, and mentoring services.
How important do you think social media is in connecting and empowering women entrepreneurs?
Social media is extremely important in 2020; I’m dedicated to helping women monetize their influence, leveraging social media. Social media can grow your brand’s visibility and bring awareness to your work. My goal is to make women feel valued, loved, and empowered when they come across my posts. Being able to reach and communicate with thousands/millions of people to impact them in a positive way is very important to me.
You must have faced many challenges in your journey. Was it a smooth ride? If not, how did you manage everything?
I faced many challenges, I’ve been fired and laid off my jobs, which pushed me to start my own business. The first year of starting my business and being a full-time entrepreneur, my ex & I were separating and going through a divorce all while taking care of our daughter. Which caused a deep depression for me, I was so depressed it was hard for me to get out the bed in the morning, I gained weight, started to get acne on my face. My business income dropped significantly to the point where I wasn’t sure how I was gonna pay my bills!
Then I decided I was tired of my current reality and that I wanted more, and that my daughter deserved more! The moment I made a decision that I desired and deserved more out of life was when everything shifted for me. So I took action, I started intentionally growing my business, fully showing up online every day. I made it my mission to give resources to other women so they wouldn’t have to experience what I went through. I became dedicated to giving back. Fast forward, I now have multiple six-figure online businesses. And I’m certain this time next year it’ll be multiple seven-figure businesses.
Any piece of advice you would love to give to all the women who are reading your interview?
I want to let the women reading this to know that you are worthy, so freaking deserving of every single thing you desire. You deserve to have multiple seven-figure businesses, the six-figure car in the driveway of the mansion, the dream body, the husband of your dreams. You deserve to have it all. You can have it all. You create the rules! You create the standards! You set the tone for how things get to go for you, no one else! You can Manifest it all! Go after all that you want… it’s already yours!
